Description 

Villa Atlantica (Sleeps 18) is a stunning luxury villa built and furnished by the Pac4Portugal team in 2020. This property is an equipped, air-conditioned, 9 bedroom, 9 bathroom villa, with a games room and a large 11m by 5m swimming pool surrounded by a large terrace, artificial beach, lawn, seating areas, and kids play area. There is ample private parking, and the villa can host special events like weddings. Located just 1km from Carvoeiro Beach and several minutes walk from several restaurants.

Gates open up to your stunning holiday location with a parking area in front of the villa (as well as on-street parking). On entering the property, you have the main living areas in front of you with an open-plan lounge/dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has ample seating, TV, Fiber WiFi (up to 1Gbps), an iPod docking station, and games for all ages. Patio doors are opening up onto the terrace and pool area.

On entering the villa, if you turn left, a corridor leads to 2 super king/twin bedrooms, all with en suite bath/shower rooms. At the end of the corridor is another bedroom, which can be super king/twin with an extra single bed (only made up when required). Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to the pool terrace.

Stairs from the entrance area lead to the first floor, with 3 more super king/twin bedrooms and en suite bath/shower rooms. Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to a private upstairs terrace with sea views. Steps lead to the roof terrace with panoramic sea views; on a good day, you can see Sagres on the west coast. The roof terrace has a table and sofa, perfect for sundowners and watching the sunset.

Stairs downstairs lead to 2 super king/twin bedrooms with en suite bath/shower rooms. At the end of the corridor is another bedroom, which can be super king/twin with an extra single bed (only made up when required). Each room has plenty of wardrobe space, a safe and patio doors leading to the downstairs garden and chill-out areas, and a games area.

Outside, the property is set in a good-sized plot, fully fenced and screened, with gates and parking for 2+ cars. In addition, there are parking bays in front of the villa for another three cars. There is a large 12m by 5.5m heatable swimming pool surrounded by a terrace area with a shaded area. The pool has Roman steps with a shallow end of around 0.9m, sloping to a deep end of 2m. Sunbeds for 18+ and several seating areas allow groups to have their own space.   The property has a built-in BBQ, a children's play area, a large artificial beach, a lawn area, and shaded areas. Plenty of games for the beach and the lawn include volleyball net, beach football net, basketball net, table tennis, boules, quoit and lots more.
